Cristy did an excellent job being our server. Very pleasant. About 8 yrs ago I had the roast beef twice, and I did not care for all the grisly. I very much enjoyed tonight's meal. The creamy horseradish was a perfect. I am looking forward to coming again.

Sometimes you just have to actually go into Swiss Chalet and eat there to really 'skip the dishes' and avoid the aftermath mess at home. This location has had a really nice reno and the atmosphere is cozy. We enjoyed our meal. Stacey is a full time server there and very good at her job as well as super sweet.

Ordered here today, and it was the worst food experience! I ordered dinner meal for 2 and kids Meal Noodles with side Fries. It was so poorly prepped and packed. Kids' meal was supposed to be noodles, but it came with pasta that was half cooked, and the side of fries was just thrown on top of the pasta. It's disgusting to even feed you kid that, so we trashed it. The dinner meal, we ordered side of poutine but the poutine came with the chicken, same box. NO GRAVY!!
