Love the value you get from Yamato! We ordered the medium roll party tray! We chose spicy salmon, spicy scallop, double shrimp tempura roll, orange fire roll, and orange dragon roll. What we love the most about Yamato is that their rolls are never packed with rice but rather with their ingredients. Their spicy salmon roll is presented differently than most places where the fish is chopped more finely almost like a salmon mousse instead of visible piece like most restaurants do. Horrible sushi and business practice. The spicy salmon and tuna rolls are 99% tempura bits mashed up. Why am I paying for fish when you’re serving me deep fried crap?

I love being able to customize a platter so this has got to be one of my favorites for that reason!
