To follow up with your response, Thank you for your response, but I find it disappointing that the explanation focuses on the lack of reservation instead of acknowledging the clear mistakes made by your staff. We specifically informed the server that the boys needed to be served first — there were only 8 of them — yet our request was completely ignored. The parents were served before the kids, and even another table that arrived after us got their meals earlier.
