Tims has recently reintroduced their grilled cheese melts, my son was so excited. And this is what i was served after being asked to wait 5 mins for my sandwich! We ordered at 11AM through drive thru and since tims service is usually inconsistent, we always check our order before leaving. I went inside and had to wait to get someone's attention and was asked to wait again. Not even a sorry and wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience 👎🏽

Quick and efficient service. Plenty of parking and drive through moves fast enough. One of the larger locations with plenty of seating as well.

I visited this Tim Hortons around 7:00 PM and was very disappointed with the customer service. There was no greeting when I arrived, no friendly interaction while taking my order, and no thank you when I received my coffee. The employee simply handed me the order and closed the window. Based on this experience, this location felt more like "Tim Horrible" than Tim Hortons. Customer service needs significant improvement.

I went here for the first time there was someone mad yelling in very racism tone but still they guys were politely handling the situation. Other than than service was awesome. Raman took care of my order and was very friendly
