Apart from the outside, the entire inside is trashy. Floor mat so covered in dirt when I accidentally kicked it an entire pile formed from just the edge. Chairs missing backs, and dirt everywhere. Placed an order the day before for a group home, said 12 was bad but 1:30 was good. Come 1:30 the next afternoon they don't even know what I wanted and are confirming what I want based on what they wrote. Paid 300+ for it all Waited 45 minutes+ (now currently 2:20 and I have all my food). Horrible service.

I am extremely disturbed by the treatment I received at the 27 Dalhousie Street location. What started as a simple food order turned into a shocking and unacceptable experience. I came in while heavily pregnant to place an order for a 3-piece chicken combo and two Zinger combos. The manager, Owen, was immediately rude and dismissive, stating he could not guarantee white meat even if I paid or was willing to wait. I was the only customer in the store at the time, yet he continued speaking to the cashier in a way that made it clear he did not want to accommodate my request. I couldn’t help to b

Usually, when I go they never get my order right, but I decided to give it another chance, when I ordered they didn't have cheese curds, alright whatever and when I paid they said 7 minutes, 15 minutes later they said 4 more minutes and I waited 25 minutes, they were rude, unclean, slow, and they were talking and loud, a few times I went they didn't have chicken and this time they didn't have black chicken or chicken strips, it's kfc. Kentucky fried CHICKEN how do you not have the main thing you sell? Never going back to this location.
