Nicky Choi★★★★★Wildflour Pizza in Burnaby is honestly one of my favorite places to eat ever. The sourdough crust is unreal …. perfectly chewy, flavorful, and you don’t have to toss out a single bite. Literally every part of the pizza is worth eating! And please, PLEASE get the garlic dip… it’s life-changing when you eat it with the crust. I didn’t get a picture of our meal last night, but everything was delicious. We had the crispy prosciutto pizza, a classic margherita, and two salads. It came to around $80, and yes the prices are a little on the higher side (pizzas are about $20–$24 and salads around $15)

The dough was quite chewy, which made it seem like it might have been a little undercooked. Interestingly, the texture actually improved the next day when we reheated the pizza in the oven Customer service was great despite a huge wait line when we arrived. Our order was actually prepared much faster than the estimated time, which was a nice surprise.

A bit too bland for my liking, needed more personality tbh. That garlic sauce though… chef’s kiss 🤌 carried a lot of the experience. On the bright side, the staff was all smiles and super cooperative, which always makes a difference. Overall—good, but not quite the wow I was expecting.

The owner is genuinely kind, which makes the whole experience even better. The Perfect Storm is ridiculously yum — we will definitely be back.
