We have been going to Satsuki ever since it opened back in 2023. This place is the most authentic and best traditional sushi you can find in Calgary. My wife and I have visited Satsuki twice over the past two months, and the quality has been consistently excellent both times. On our first visit, we had the Omakase. The variety and freshness of the fish were great. Chef May took the time to explain the characteristics of each fish and the reasoning behind her selections, which added a lot of value to the meal.
