It is so cute in here - retro diner vibes but very colorful. I was nervous this place would be all vibes but no flavor - but boy was I wrong. My partner ordered the Laksa - it was fantastic. So flavorful, the chicken inside cooked to perfection, it was amazing. I ordered the tom kha- best of my life. Perfect balance of sour and warm flavors. The shrimp was amazing!!! My noodles cooked perfect. An amazing bowl of soup. We also ordered a small roti canai - which was also very good but was honestly too much food for us. The bowls of soup are a healthy serving! Service was great - they helped

We're on the hunt for the best Laksa, we've been wanting to try this place the longest time and it honestly did not disappoint. Laksa was spicy and well balanced. I feel as though it was more oily compared to other restaurants but delicious nonetheless. The roti canai (not pictured as also delicious, crispy and not oily) will definitely come back

I’ve had Laksa King on my list for quite a while and finally had a chance to try it. Unfortunately, most of the dishes didn’t quite match my personal taste. The laksa was a bit mild for me, and the addition of lemon felt a little unusual. The curry sauce for the roti canai was a bit too thin, and the lamb curry had a lot of meat but not quite enough sauce, making it feel a bit heavy over time. The satay also wasn’t really to my liking. The service was very good and attentive. It just comes down to personal preference when it comes to the food.

The laksa was not the Singaporean one nor was it Malaysian in taste. Not as creamy probably because less coconut milk was used. But it was still very tasty and delicious. Then, the Burmese Lamb curry was a gem on the menu. The cooked meat was rich in flavours of different spices used and was tender. Nice place for a nice and genuine South-east Asian comfort food.
