I don’t usually leave reviews, but this location seriously needs attention. Every time I’ve gone to this McDonald’s on Main Street, something is wrong. The fries consistently taste like they’ve been sitting around and reheated—they’re off in both taste and even color. The chicken patties are always overcooked, dry, and stale. The drinks are honestly the worst part. I’ve ordered root beer twice, two weeks apart, and both times it tasted completely off—like the syrup wasn’t changed or the machine isn’t being cleaned properly. Just when you think this place couldn’t get any worse, they continue to lower the bar. They hire people with zero understanding, have no idea how to use the double drive thru speakers, and managers will close the window as they are talking to you. This place used to take accountability when they messed up. Now, they couldn’t care less

Most rudest service i ever received from a mcdonald's. The guy with the pony tail has no respect for customer . When asking a question about a new menu item, the worker decided to be argumentative and be completely rude as if i was causing an inconvenience at doing his job. He also got my order wrong. If you hate your job so much then quit. Please do not go here if you want be treated with any decency .if you work customer service or at a food place expect people to ask questions if you cant do that without an attitude maybe this is not the job for you.

As far as McDonald's go, this one was very good. I got a chicken sandwich that was freshly prepared. The bun was fresh and nicely toasted, but the fries were barely warm. Many of the staff here was busy talking to each other. The place overall was clean. The young lady who took our order was pleasant.
