Jon Nordland★★★★★I recommend the subscription. It’s actually price competitive and the last time I picked up the beans were still warm from the roaster. Staff are friendly and patient with my french. I only mention it because I read a complaint here about no one speaking English, which I found I little embarrassing. I couldn’t tell you if you’re going to be served in English because never spoke English in the store, but if that’s your complaint you should make an effort I suppose. This really is the wrong neighbourhood for that nonsense.
Margarita★★★★★Very lovely place! I was passing by and decided to stop for a coffee. Baristas were very nice and helpful, atmosphere was cosy, probably very popular among locals
Jules Bérubé-Ciotola★★★Nice atmosphere, music was good and felt different than the usual "Alternative indie music" curated by spotify used by other coffee shops. Staff was polite. My issue being that I asked for a cappuccino and I received a soggy mess of a large latte. I might come back to see if it was a singularity given the good reviews. (Forgot to take a photo before drinking it)
Étienne Senécal★★★★The quality is consistent, and the staff are friendly. You can see who cares about quality coffee, while still being affordable (not a $2 coffee either, otherwise they have the convenience store right across the street). I also really liked their chai, hot chocolate and matcha, but the coffee remains their strong point for me. The only hitch is the wifi, which is limited to two hours, so it can be a bit limiting if you plan to stay longer.
