I’m extremely disappointed with my recent delivery order placed at 3:26 AM. I specifically ordered an egg and cheese on an English muffin, as clearly shown on my receipt, but instead received a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. To make things worse, when I called the store to report the issue, the person who answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the situation or even showing basic customer service, they simply told me to contact the delivery partner and that they couldn’t do anything about it. The lady who is also the manager working working at the night shift today on 20th of December is an absolute disgrace. I mentioned to her how the order that I received was pink uncooked chicken. As I proceeded to express my concern, not once that I hear sorry from her instead of a very bad attitude coming from her saying contact Uber Eats. And she hung up the call on me. HERE IS A PICTURE OF THE UNCOOKED CHICKEN. And to the lady reading this, this is very disappointing. You call yourself the manager and treat people like this. Please fix your attitude.

Totally unprofessional staff. I came here to pick up a delivery order and was completely ignored. When I politely asked if my order was ready, I was met with attitude instead of assistance. The staff were not friendly or helpful, and the customer service experience was very disappointing. I hope management works on improving staff professionalism and customer service.
