This is one of my fav A&Ws to go to!! I love the staff so that’s why I keep coming back. The cashiers are wonderful, I love seeing Julia and Hairst because they provide great customer service. The manager is incredible as well and recommended me the smash burger. Thank you for the burger Devon! Overall, it’s a great place with amazing people.

Disgusting! Zer0 Stars! I had a pretty concerning experience at the A&W in Edmonton City Centre Mall this afternoon. The staff member preparing my burger handled everything with bare hands, buns, lettuce, tomato, and even the cooked patty. No gloves, no tongs, nothing. When I questioned it, the cashier said it was because it was hot in their kitchen which honestly doesn’t make sense when it comes to food safety, especially with ready-to-eat items. This isn’t about being picky, basic hygiene should be a given when handling food. It definitely made me demand a refund and I won’t be returning

A&W offers tasty burgers made with real beef and is known for its great root beer. The food quality is better than most fast-food chains, and there are vegetarian options available. Prices are a bit high, but overall it’s a good choice for quality fast food.

Ordered two coffees. The lady serving us placed her fingers in our cups. The other person with me asked for her not to do that. The lady didn't change the cup for a new one. When finished making our drinks, the lady placed them on her side of the counter and had her back towards us. I said thank you and there was no acknowledgement. My coffee was not made to order, had to come back for sugar. Terrible service! Atmosphere was forgiving because it was in the mall.
