Staff is pretty efficient but Kulvir is the most reliable person when it comes to placing and getting accurate order. She makes sure to go out of her way for complete customer satisfaction, even if she is busy she will make sure to come in and solve a incorrect made order. It's always lovely getting served by her as she is always in a positive attitude which gives a immensely welcoming vibe.

Worst Tims ever. Wrong products are randomly packaged and literally no service. I ordered the four types new products from Tims, 3 each. And i end up getting regular chocolate glazed, birthday cake. And something else. Not even half of them is correct Learn your products before you sell them

This is a different Tim's as they deal with certain unique problems. The food was standard Tim's and the staff was doing their best but they did appear short staffed for the time of day 9 am. It did take 12 minutes to get my order of a bacon belt and double egg box. The store also gives off a dirty vibe as the floors show dirt and mop streets, and the windows are very dirty. There is a homeless problem in the area, but you do not feel unsafe. If I have a choice of another location I would not go back despite the excellent staff service. The owner needs to step up.
