I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this place has been consistently disappointing. I’ve visited 5–6 times, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately they haven’t. The staff often come across as unfriendly and unwelcoming, and the coffee quality has been poor on multiple occasions. When you’re paying for a coffee shop experience, you expect both good service and a decent drink, and this place has failed to deliver either for me. Ordered today (October 1, 2025) around 8:20–8:30am. I got an egg croissant, but the croissant was burnt and tasted very bitter. It made the whole sandwich unpleasant and not enjoyable at all. Really disappointing experience.

Please check the orders before leaving. I ordered a sausage and egg on a muffin sandwich, and got a sandwich with no sausage. I was in a hurry and left with the sandwich and opened it after 15 mins, so couldn't go back and change.

My 16 year old son placed an online order for delivery on his last day of school for timbits and iced coffee. He waited over an hour and a half and nothing was received. He then noticed a double charge of 19.29 for the items he ordered. I called the store to get an explanation or see what happened, I was asked if I could be placed on hold I agreed. I was then hung up on and called back several times and nobody would answer the phone. I waited a couple of hours where I assumed a shift would change.
