A few days ago, I ordered pizza from your store through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The pizza quality was not good, and I had specifically ordered the creamy garlic dip, but I received a different dip instead. What was more frustrating was that no one contacted me to check whether a substitution was acceptable. I found this quite unprofessional and disappointing as a customer.

Ordered an Xl pizza surprisingly got it in 8 slices.like really ? The pizza had so much sauce and was tasting like im having pizza with some kind of curry . Never asked for crushed red pepper as i can’t have it still it was there . Very bad preparation this time . Never happened before I recommend you guys to bring your old staff back . They told me the replacement pizza will be there soon i waited for more than an hour still didn’t receive it .

We've visited this location several times, but during our last two visits, the pizzas were not made as we ordered. They were missing the requested toppings or weren't prepared well, with all the cheese just in the middle and excessive sauce. We decided to give it another chance and explained our previous experiences to the order taker over the phone. This time, they really delivered! The pizza was absolutely delicious.
