We literally called to order 20 minutes before they close. Staff was super helpful and friendly. We ordered halibut, haddock, cod all with chips to pick up. Since it was end of day, they even included a free piece of fish....bonus. Fish were all very tasty, batter was light and crisp. Fries tasted fresh and oil didn't taste old. Portions are decent. Will definitely return, they've been in business for more than 60 years, must be doing something right!!!

Wow, this is the best. Fish & Chips I have ever had, and I’ve eaten a lot of fish and chips. The fish was nice and light and flaky and the batter was absolutely perfect. Not that heavy coating that feels like you’re trying to go through a loaf of bread to get to the fish but a nice light batter cooked golden brown. I ordered two pieces of the halibut because I was really hungry and I’m so glad I did. I would’ve been disappointed if I’d only had one piece because it was so good. Very good food! Fries are actually crispy - I find a lot of fish & chip restaurants serve soft fries. Just a liiiittle on the pricey side when considering the portion size but it’s still enough to satisfy and fill you. It has become my go-to place for fish & chips.
