Disgusting behaviour from this store. I called ahead and was told I could come in to order meat and cheese pies. When I arrived, the man working there was immediately rude. I asked for 4 cheese pies, 1 meat pie, and 1 zaatar. He kept saying no because “other people might buy them.” I explained that I had just called to confirm and asked him to make them fresh if he could not give me the ones on display. He kept refusing, then finally agreed and said it would take 30 minutes. While I was waiting, another male customer came in and ordered the same thing. The employee immediately told him, “Yes

I have been coming here for years, away from the fact their prices are higher than other local meat pie shops you would expect a higher quality product. The pies always taste old and even when it is reheated they either burn it or barely heat it. The guy working at the front always has terrible customer service. I was waiting in line once and since his friend came in I had to wait until his whole family ordered and I only wanted 1. Seems as if they only give good customer service and quality food to those they like. A simple sorry wasn’t even given or any acknowledgement of this clear favourit

I ordered a chicken shawarma plate. Ate 3/4 of it and then found a rubber band in my rice and almost choked on it. This is absolutely disgusting. I will not be glong back. You can see the rubber band on the fork.

First time having shawarma from this place. Wow it was great! The flavor was amazing was great just don’t ask for sauce on the side because the cashier will not give you one 😅. I will be back again. Thank you for the great food :)
