This Tims is the slowest place I’ve ever been. They constantly have a line up of cars out of their drive thru and it takes 5-10 minutes per car to move. Even going inside you can see how slow and understaffed they are. There’s been times where there’s tons of staff but they still are moving at a snails pace. Avoid going here, just take the extra 5 minutes to go to a different tims it will definitely be faster.

Marvelous, simply outstanding. I spend many a night out late, doing research and morning can be such a chore. This prime location has restored my spirits with strong beverage and hearty meal. Chris typically takes my order through the drive-thru and I could not be more thrilled with his performance. My compliments.

Standing there waiting for a lady to do her inventory for 5-10 minutes. Got a chicken sandwich and there was no sauce. A little squirt of sauce. Asked for more sauce and was told that would be an upcharge... What in the actual heck is wrong with this Tim Hortons? The owner actually replies to bad reviews but nothing is actually being done about the employees or management. Guelph is also just a bad place to live. People here in Guelph are usually miserable they hate living here and are overly apprehensive and treat others like crap
