Will give 10 stars if it is possible, simply the BEST Japanese food restaurant in the Greater Vancouver area, 100%. A hidden treasure in Surrey. We have been to a few other places that are way more expensive, but the food quality here is at the local highest, even better than the Omakase place in downtown Vancouver where you have to spent almost $400 per person with taxes an tips without getting full at the end. One thing you can easily tell is the quality and cut of their sashimi, definitely from a very experienced chef, the food portion is quite reasonable. People always say Japanese food

New computers on the table to order and see pics of the menu. I ordered a beef bento box. Price is a bit high 27$ but totally worth it . The beef was cooked and tasted nice. The size of everything is huge. So much flavour and the staff is very attentive and quick. Love the place it has so much seating and very intimate. Highly recommend this spot

Pretty good spot for sushi in the Guildford - Surrey area if you're looking for more of a sit down sushi place near the mall. I ordered the Spicy Salmon Don, and the spicy sauce was pretty good. Definitely had that spicy and sweet kick to it like most sashimi and spicy gochujang based sauces. The salmon to rice ratio was a little off, as they jam packed that bowl with rice. Value wise though it was pretty average. It may not be the best deal in the lower mainland for a sashimi rice bowl, but the price was pretty fair. This review has been a huge overdue! Every time we stop by Surrey and craving sushi, this is our go to place! I never had a bad experience here, food is great and the main staff in the evening are phenomenal.
