Really had a special time at this establishment. We were celebrating my sister’s certification as a rabbi, and the staff at Cora’s could not have made the moment any more special. From the moment we walked in, the latina host Isabellita made us feel comfortable by immediately preparing a phenomenal table for us. The timeless atmosphere felt like a warm hug, and the word “celebrate” hung from the wall as a banner, presumably the remnant of a child’s birthday party. Spent $100 for breakfast and Jun , the asian waiter was so rude. First he put all the utensils just in one spot , missing forks. Disorganized. When he took our order , he talks like he’s frustrated and smartass. There’s bad days but man this guy shouldn’t be a waiter at all. We have a work convention and over 400 people in nearby hotel and I made sure to tell my people not come here. Food serving was small compared to Montreal or Alberta. This Cora location is so disappointing.

5 stars because our server Liz (Elizabeth) was wonderful. All of the service staff were clearly busy but you wouldn’t know it by the excellent service we received. The food was pretty mid and unseasoned but I guess that’s the norm for the old folks who think pepper and salt are too spicy. Liz, however, had the right amount of spice and treated our table like family. She was also super kind to my young daughter. Will definitely return in hopes of being lucky enough to have her as our server again! But will also be heavily using the salt n pepper at the table. It’s not illegal to season the food

The dining room was full and the wait for food was a bit long but the service was top notch. The floor manager had great energy and was certainly there to support his staff. Even during our wait they were attentive and offered to bring toast to the table, always coming around to top up coffee and waters!
