The service staff were fine. We ordered online and picked up. The burger was okay. I don't think it was an issue with the location, it seems to be bigger/flatter but it is floppy. It tasted fine, was cooked and toppings and bun were fresh. The onion rings are werid. They tasted like chicken, not sure if its the same batter but they tasted like breaded chicken strips. They tasted worst the colder they got but I dont think they are breaded on-site so that might be a malfunction of the manufacturing more then the store. I gave low on the atmosphere because it's jackson square

Terrible. I have a 15 minute morning break and decided to get “fast” food.. I am so disappointed. This place is so slow they’re moving backwards.. I waited the entire 15 minutes for a simple breakfast combo. I couldn’t eat it because of the time it took for my order to be prepared. Fast food, at Burger King? More like Slow food at Burger Peasant. The food was good and hot, the employees are usually kind. So this review is solely based on them not being prepared for customers for their breakfast menu..

Sometimes I come by here for a drink before work and the manager in the mornings she is sweet and kind. I love chatting with her when I can early in the morning while waiting for my order. She’s pleasant to deal with.

Ordered a fish burger with onion rings and a drink. The fish burger was bland and dry, the onion rings were overcooked, and my drink order was wrong. Honestly, how does one hear Fruitopia when I asked for a Diet Coke. Horrible food and bare minimum service in a sketchy Jackson’s Square environment. Will not go back, no repeat.
