Finally stopped in today as I wanted to make enchiladas; how have I never been here before!!! Firstly, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, they happily offered suggestions when I needed some advice. The selection of dry goods is great, found all I needed to make my own sauce, easy to do, you should to! And lastly, the chicharron, oh my goodness, the chicharron!!! I put it up there as the best I’ve had!!! I will be back for sure.

My first time shopping there, because I heard they have good deals on meat in bulk. I ordered combo 1, which is supposed to come with 5 lbs ground beef, 5 lbs chicken leg quarters, 3 lbs chicken breast (bone in and skin on), 2 lbs chuck roast, 2 lbs bacon. All the weights were incorrect, and not by a little either. I only got 3.8 lbs of ground beef, 4.4 lbs of chicken legs, 1.9 lbs of breasts, 2.3 lbs chuck roast (the only one that weighed extra, however doesn't make up for the losses), and 1.4 lbs bacon. I could understand why the breasts were underweight, as they were still attached to some
