Ordered sausage,cheese and jam on an English muffin. They put an egg on it which I don't eat. Brought back . Reordered what I asked for 1st visit. I always ask for double or triple toasted. Looks like it wasn't even toasted. Some servers were a bit arrogant and rude. Saying she is going to have a melt down. Maybe pay attention to customers orders instead of socializing. The sandwich was crap.

Very nice young gentleman at the window. Unfortunately they don't know how to toast a bagel. So sick of wasting my hard-earned money at drive-thrus. When you guys just don't give a damn. I asked for extra toasted. With butter and cream cheese. The butter wasn't even melted. And of course it was not toasted. I'm very cold

Sienna did an amazing job fixing my coffee today. I had purchased one at a different location and they had made it wrong. She happily remade it for me properly. I was visiting from the USA and I have to say this is a great Tim Hortons location, excellent customer service, made my coffee to absolute perfection and put just the right amount of cream cheese on my bagel, and the timbits are to die for. Doesn't get much better than this! Shoutout to the nice young man Jacob for providing a great customer service!
