I just got the absolute WORST burger I have ever received from any Triple O's location. I used to love their veggie patty, it was honestly one of the best ones, but now they've switched to impossible meat. So I paid $19 for a wet, grey, uncooked patty without the cheese I paid for, wasn't given a receipt, and when I called to tell them they served me undercooked food, they hung up on me without saying anything 7 TIMES IN A ROW! Honestly just sad. Triple O's was my favourite fast food, and I was happily willing to pay a little more for it, but if this is the quality I can expect from now on I

Called them 15 minutes before closing and they had my order ready quick. Super friendly staff and clean environment. Everyone was wearing gloves and they have been consistently good with their service. I would recommend this location as it has been one of my favourite trippleOs Ive been to.

I would not recommend this place. I tried to order a Mushroom Burger. The worker (on my receipt named Navjot) at the till gave me a loud sigh like I was inconveniencing her and rudely informed me that they were out of mushrooms. I ordered an Impossible Burger instead, as well as parmesan fries and a milkshake. My total was $24, which in my opinion is quite overpriced compared to other fast food restaurants and also when considering the mediocre taste of the food. The worker informed me that my burger would take 6 minutes to cook, but it took much longer. Completely understandable, but would ha

Read the reviews CAREFULLY. Any 5 star review, saying great service, polite, clean, wearing gloves, food was made properly and so on, are friends, family and clearly conflict of interest for this location. Corporate is aware, and doesnt care. Food borne illness rate are HIGH at this location. Myself included, management doesnt care.
