She was wonderful, great service, so polite and respectful, took her time with me as I slowly read a message with every unique sub with their own toppings and what not. Stopped by Subway today in Ladner had a great experience. The staff were friendly and attentive. Veggies looked fresh and the sandwich was made perfectly. Definitely one of the best locations in Delta. Will be coming back for sure.

I had a really disappointing experience at Subway. The staff member who helped me was quite rude, and it made the whole interaction uncomfortable from the start. She seemed new, which I can understand, but there was very little effort to be polite or welcoming. On top of that, I’m not even sure my coupon was applied correctly, which added to the frustration. Overall, the service really affected my experience. When customer service is lacking, it takes away from everything else—including the food.
