The staff were friendly and service was good. The food arrived hot and fresh. I do enjoyed when the servers packed mountains of foods in the container but it depends on who. Some do and some don’t. Hopefully they continue packing the food to fill up, I’ll be coming regularly. Free 3hrs underground parking.

We went to Poulet Rouge and really appreciated that the restaurant stays open late on Sundays, unlike many of the other places in the area. The location is also great, set in a very nice and strategic spot. The chicken bowl was delicious, with generous toppings and great flavor. What we didn’t enjoy as much was the service. The staff didn’t seem very friendly and appeared rushed while serving us, even though we were the only ones there. Maybe it was because we don’t speak French very well, but it felt a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, the food was really good and definitely worth trying

Poulet Rouge is a trendy chicken bowl spot. Me and my wife went to the Poulet Rouge on Lucien Paiement (Espaces Montmorency near Place Bell). My wife had the Rouge Bol and I went for the Rouge Poutine — both with 2 flavors: Shisha à l'ail and Volcano épicé. We also shared a serving of fries on the side. The grilled chicken was the highlight — juicy and well-seasoned, and the fries were great. The Rouge Poutine was okay but light on cheese curds, which was disappointing for the price. Had another great experience at Poulet Rouge! The staff there are always amazing—welcoming, full of smiles and genuinely attentive. The service consistently goes above and beyond, making you feel valued as a customer. And of course, the food never disappoints—always fresh and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!
