The service was prompt. We ordered two Angus 1/4-pound burgers with cheese and bacon, along with fries that had a naturally flavorful taste. We also order some extra crusty jalapeño peppers. I appreciate the staff’s cleaning regularly of the floor and maintaining a clean environment.

Today Sunday May 3rd att 1pm on Rolland Therrien blvd in Longueuil ! When we got up to the counter the guy at the cash who took our order didn't smile never said a word then he garnished our burgers and still didn't say a word never offered any ketsup or anything never even said thank you I told him that he wasnt too talkative but he didn't seem to care !! Very bad customer service!! I don't think he should work with the public he has no social skills ! It was dissapointing cause the rest of the staff seemed nice!

Sunday May 3, 2026 at 1:00pm i go to drive thru to order and no one answers for 10 minutes so i pull up to the window make my order then this girl says i didnt do the right process by pulling up to the window i said the intercom at the order spot no one answered. Literally a 20 minute ordeal to finally leave without a burger cause this girl wanted me to reorder at the intercom unacceptable..

Hi, I have been buying food at this Harvey’s for atleast 3 years ago every Friday and Saturday evening for my daughter. Yesterday I had a horrible service I always get the food from drive through. The short girl employee that ordered with gave me the wrong, likely as I do always check before leaving the window i discovered one of the two orders was wrong, one of the other girl came and told her that I wanted a Putin chicken buffalo which the wrong order was a chicken burger that I was given.
