Slow and inefficient staff. Waited 30mins for my online order and they also forgot to give the dipping sauces I PAID FOR. In a way it’s good that I had to wait so long because during that time I read the terrible reviews for that store and got to know about missing or incorrect orders, so I checked my food before leaving and asked them for the missing dipping sauces but one was unavailable and I had to choose something else….

Ordered online for pick-up at 5h30pm to avoid potential lineups, finally got my food 45 minutes later than the original pickup time. Furthermore, people who came in an ordered live after me got their food BEFORE me, which was insulting. And to top it all off, the staff was slow, and had trouble with every single order that evening, one customer was missing fried and a sandwich, and almost all of the rest including me didn't have the correct ordered dipping sauces. I know it's KFC, I'm not expecting Michelin level service, but for sure I'm never going back there for future KFC cravings. Please

despite low rating overall in all KFC in general, i sometime still get a crave. but this particular store is by far the worst in the area. there is only 2 individual washroom, and one is closed permenantely without notice. i'm guessing staff wanted to keep a clean bathroom for themself. the only one left open doesn't even have toilet paper. ordered in the app and the order was way wrong. i even asked if everything was there, staff said of course. was missing a drink, no napkins, no ketchup. ordered spicy but got original instead. it was supper time and there was a lot of clients waiting, front
