I had the Yukon Gold Potato Gratin with Maple Cured Pork Loin and Soft Poached Eggs, and it was honestly one of the best brunch dishes I’ve had in a long time. I recently returned to Benny's Bistrot for lunch after their reopening in 2023, following a 3-year closure during the pandemic. I'm happy to say the experience was well worth the wait. The lunch was absolutely delicious, and you can truly taste the care and attention put into every dish.
