Visited this McDonald’s this morning and had another disappointing experience. I ordered my usual iced coffee and muffin. When I got the drink, the syrup and milk were sitting at the bottom and it clearly hadn’t been mixed. I politely asked if it could be stirred or blended and was told “we do not blend it” with attitude. What makes this frustrating is that another employee did exactly that for me yesterday without issue. The inconsistency in service is becoming noticeable. Ordered through the McDonalds APP and it arrived through Door Dash. Tell me why my junior chicken was just junior. How do you forget the main part of the sandwich and send out just buns. I got my refund so I’m happy but will be avoiding this location due to that. This is upsetting since the prices have gone up a lot so I except better quality from them. Really ruined someone’s meal.

Terrible delivery experience. At 2 o’clock in the morning, we received someone else’s order instead of our own, and instead of resolving the issue properly, we had to drive to the nearest McDonald’s ourselves to get the correct food. We basically paid for delivery and still had to do the delivery job ourselves. This was a huge inconvenience and a waste of time and gas, especially that late at night. Very unprofessional service. Definitely not worth it.
