I visited the McDonald’s near Markham Road and 14th Avenue in Markham today to pick up a McChicken meal for my daughter, and I had such a great experience that I felt it was worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent. The front counter staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I supposed there's always a first to everything. Today I had the longest table service wait for a quarter pounder combo. The meal took 20 minutes to arrived. Server delivered and didn't even bother to apologize. Very disappointing. On top of that, garbage bins was filthy. Not acceptable at all.

Cool vibes, clean and modern. The highlight of our visit today was being served by Jessica and Joshua. JESSICA * is very hardworking, from working kitchen to cash, to sweeping the floors in the front entrance. But throughout working, she still delivers the brightest smile. JOSHUA, the SHIFT MANAGER, was very attentive, efficient and quick. They made sure we got our order of unsalted fries when other restaurants usually miss it. They not only provided excellent service, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND!

Waiting time is too long, and the burger is burnt. Garbage service all the time. They didn’t follow the screen . They will remove the number and still not preparing for the food.
