Whoever is the manager at this store, you need to actually schedule enough people during busy days. There was 11 people waiting for their order and only 2 people in the kitchen struggling. Customer service was good until the kids friends showed up. Then when asking for the sauce for the meal ordered it was a big ordeal to get the two sauces for the two meals I paid for. It was the same for the customer in front of me. The cashier was more concerned with his friends and side part than ensuring the customers got what their meals already came with. The heavy sighs and dejected walk for the second sauce after gumping everything in the bag to verify there was no sauce already in it was unnecessary and unprofessional. I get being new. The young lady working here was very friendly and her smile was very welcoming. I read the bad reviews about this restaurant and was very skeptical if i should come here or not. The food was fresh and hot. I had a very good experience here and I'm glad i didn't listen to the bad reviews. I will be coming back for sure.
