The fried chicken was undercooked and the batter became soggy and mushy. It didn’t taste like it had been properly fried in oil; it felt like it had been soaked in water instead. I’m sorry you feel that way but I picked up the order myself, and I live only about two minutes away from the restaurant. Therefore, I don’t believe this was a delivery issue. The chicken seemed to have been improperly cooked from the beginning. The batter was soggy and mushy, and the chicken did not seem properly fried.

It is supposed to be a soy garlic, but look how much sauce they put it here. It is not even 40% covered. Every other BB.Q locations provide it with full covered, even dripping sauces. And also, look at 3rd and 4th picture. 3rd one is the one they use for the ads, and 4th one is the one I actually got. They always advertise like extraordinary flaky fried chicken or something, and what they are selling is absolutely not the one they says they do. This is ridiculous

I love this meal of chicken and rice!!!! Jamaican is delicious 😋. The portion was just right. The atmosphere thou felt a bit fast food vibe.

Went in at 10:32, wanted to order take out ttebookki, and the staff said they were closed, the hours clearly said 11:00. I get it we came pretty late and most restaurant has 30 mins last call before closing, but this is a take out place. Staff turn the screen off already at 10:25 when we parked, horrible, might as well update the hours to closed at 10:30. Light were out by 10:40. Unprofessional
