I normally don’t bother writing reviews about fast food places, but after debating it for a while, I felt like this needed to be said, if only in the hope that someone in management might eventually read it. We ended up at this location for the second time simply because we were nearby with our kids and baby and needed somewhere quick. The restaurant itself was large and nearly empty. The kids were excited about the paper crowns on the tables, which was probably the highlight of the visit. My husband waited in line for quite a while, despite the place barely being busy. Placed an order, came to pickup. They said they are doing kitchen work so cannot make the food. I drove 4 km from home to pick-up the order at 1.30 am after shoveling and cleaning the car on a snowy day. It was their responsibility to make the app offline for ordering. They did not do it.

Absolutely terrible experience. The food was cold, tasted stale, and looked like it had been sitting around for hours. The service was awful from start to finish. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and seemed annoyed whenever customers asked for help. What made the experience even worse was the manager’s attitude. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, the manager was dismissive and showed no interest in resolving the issues. It felt like customer satisfaction was the last thing anyone cared about. Fast food isnt an option here, I was the only person in the restaurant 3 employees. Was at the counter for almost 10 minutes no one took my order kept looking at me but not greeting/taking the order, order screen was full but no one in the store or drive through. The service here sucks. Left to go elsewhere
