I used to love their hot vanilla lattes and decided to try their new strawberry matcha recently. I was extremely disappointed! $7 for straight-up sweetened milk, no where close to the photo. The staff is very sweet so I did not want to correct them since it might just be what they were taught. The drinks look good on the app but don’t match up in person, not sure if its just this location, drinks here are a hit or miss and the cafe is not the cleanest :/

DISAPPOINTED!! We ordered for Strawberry & Matcha and Hot chocolate. The matcha drink was very bad without any matcha but the foam . No flavour though it appears to be put on top. The picture in the store is misleading and has to be changed.

Horrible location. The staff don't even know their own recipes and have extremely poor customer service skills. My sister and I waited 15 minutes for two espresso frappés and when we got them, they did not add any syrup/sweetener in the build. When I politely asked them about the lack of sweetner, the barista began arguing with me that an espresso frap doesn't have any sweetener and I should have asked for a different flavour they have. I recently visited the Second Cup Coffee in Mississauga and had an exceptional experience. The service was outstanding, especially the detailed explanations provided by the guy at the counter. The coffee and dessert were delicious, truly a treat for the taste buds. One of the highlights of my visit was the live music. It turns out that a musician comes every Saturday to play for free, adding a wonderful ambiance to the place. The beauty of the coffee shop, along with its cleanliness and tasteful decorations, made my visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a great coffee ex
