URGENT KFC ! I was here for a late lunch and food came out acceptable. My concern is the lack attention to the store and customers. After I received my food, I turned around and looking for a table to sit down, I was surprised how dirty and unprofessional and unmanaged this location is. Bits of food on almost every table. Sticky and non wiped tables all over. There was a big mess across 2 tables and drinks spilled all over the place. Straw wrappers on floors and pieces of fries on the other side of the restaurant. I really love the new slow-roasted chicken. My food was delicious and the kiosk ordering system meant I didn't have to explain what I wanted. Def recommend the Taco Bell food.

Walked in, went near register to look at menu, waited forever because apparently they only do kiosk orders now, many people watched no one said anything, terrible service, prices ridiculously high for below average food, stopped for a quick lunch or would of left.

Very disappointed with the service at this KFC drive-thru tonight. We ordered just one chicken sandwich, and we have now been waiting for over 30 minutes directly in front of the pickup window. It’s already past 12:30 AM, and we still haven’t received our food. Payment was taken right away, so we were basically stuck there unable to leave. No proper communication, no updates, and no apology for the delay. Waiting this long for such a simple order is completely unacceptable.
