I’m someone who really pays attention to flavor, balance, and whether food feels like it was cooked with intention….. and this place delivered on all fronts. We ordered the Goat Biryani, Lamb Vindaloo, Paneer Butter Masala, fresh Naan, and a Mango Lassi, and honestly… everything tasted so freaking good it was hard to decide what to focus on first. Very good food. I tried the Lamb Vindaloo. I've only tasted lamb a couple times before and I can confidently say that was by far the best I've ever tasted. Very good service. Server was very patient, and attentive. Furthermore, My food was served hot and with a smile. It was spiced to my liking. Was nether too hot nor too mild. Very well done indeed. Thank you for serving me a wonderful meal, and making sure I was well taken care of. It was my first time there and I will definitely be going back to try more. Thanks again, Jacob E
