I’m a regular customer of Fresh Slice Pizza and usually make it my first choice wherever I travel. Today, while shopping with my family in Surrey, we visited one of your locations in King George and ordered two XL pizzas. I requested adding black olives to my Butter Chicken pizza, but my request was declined. I understand that orders may sometimes be finalized quickly, especially during busy hours, and I truly appreciate the hard work your team puts in. However, I felt a bit disappointed with how the situation was handled, as the response came across as somewhat abrupt and without explanation

I literally never leave bad reviews, but honestly I had to this time. Finding a stapler pin in my slice was shocking… I literally had to take it out of my mouth myself 🫨. This is a serious food safety hazard and could have ended much worse.I would suggest to be more careful with food preparation and quality checks because this is completely unacceptable. I would never go back to a place that overlooks something this dangerous.

FreshSlice Pizza – Disappointing Experience We visited FreshSlice Pizza yesterday and were told that our order would take some time. Since it was going to be a wait, we decided to step out and go to Shoppers nearby. When we came back, no one informed us that our pizza had already been sitting out for a long time. Ordered from Freshslice through Uber Eats and had a really disappointing and concerning experience. One pizza box had a safety pin inside of it, which is a serious safety hazard — especially because a child could have easily picked it up or gotten hurt.
