We had a fantastic experience at AMIGOS in Saskatoon! It's a great restaurant with amazing service and very good food. We went there as a family on a Friday night and chose to sit on the patio to soak in the summer vibes. Even though the place was packed, the food came out surprisingly fast—and the high volume didn’t affect the quality of the service or the meal at all. Popular restaurant/entertainment venue serving pretty good Tex-Mex food. We recently stopped in for dinner at a tail end of what looked like a busy evening. We had a good meal and the service was very good. We had the regular nacho platter, the single chimichanga, carne asada, lila mole fajita and pibili pork taco. The portion sizes were all pretty large. The food was generally very good but in our opinion the rice in the dishes was slightly undercooked. If not for this we would have given Amigos a 5 star rating.

This is the most versatile place in Saskatoon. You can take your kids out for an amazing meal by day, and be dancing it out to an amazing live band by night. The venue is large so seating large groups is easy. A few times I have been there for a concert now it has been cash only which was inconvenient. I'll come prepared to forgo the convenience of tap next time and suck it up in lieu of long drink lines but something to keep in mind.
