I had a disappointing experience today. I ordered an iced vanilla latte, but the staff member initially gave me a hot coffee. When I pointed out the mistake, instead of making a fresh iced drink, she simply added ice cubes to the hot coffee and changed the cup. I explained that the drink was still hot from the bottom, but she did not acknowledge the issue and responded rudely. This is not what I expect in terms of customer service. I would have appreciated it if the drink had been remade properly. We are paying for what we are ordering. So, i don't know what to say more.

Sandwich was alright but i think veggie can be little bit more fresh as this lettuce looks like its been out of freezer for weeks so the colour is turning from green to black. Thanks

Employee was talking to her coworker in their own language and didn't even take the time to greet me. Handed me my food and drink while still talking to their friend and didnt say a word to me. Maybe food service isn't a right fit for them. Edit: Tim Hortons asking me to fill out a survey is very on par. You guys have lost touch!
