I have to give a shout out to the phenomenal service I received from the GM the other day. While I don’t want to share exactly what happened so that future customers don’t take advantage of the location. I had an issue with the app and the GM went above and beyond with helping me. I could see he was really proud of his role and providing outstanding service.

Food they prepared was really good and they followed the instructions like extra mayo on Junior chicken sandwich. Poutine fries were fresh but there was less gravy and I like my fires stormed with gravy so bought extra. Really liked the retro style lamps and sitting area. Giving 4 coz I didn’t like the washrooms which were uncleaned.

Pretty sketchy area. Service was super slow this day. Nobody seemed to know how to line up in the drive thru so decided to go in for a change. It was the answer because the person I was going to be behind in the lineup was still in the drive thru lineup when I drove away. Food was tastey. Mcgriddle buns were pretty soggy. If you are going with a Mcgriddle might as well make it a Mighty Mcgriddle ;)

I’m really disappointed with this McDonald’s location. Every time I visit, there’s an extremely long wait, whether it’s dine-in or drive-thru. It feels like they are always understaffed or poorly managed. The service is slow and often unorganized, and the staff don’t seem very attentive to customer needs. On top of that, the food quality doesn’t make up for the wait at all—it’s usually lukewarm and just average at best. For a place that’s supposed to be “fast food,” this location really misses the mark. Definitely needs improvement in both speed and overall service.
