My son hadn’t been feeling well energy-wise, but he wasn’t sick, so I took him here today to cheer him up and energize him, and got him his favourites, large beef patties and chicken nuggets, but he wasn’t eating. He puked, and I apologized to the staff, requesting for cleaning supplies so that I may clean it up, but they politely declined, and the staff proceeded to do a great job cleaning it up. A manager came to check up on my son, and provided a complimentary water bottle. Very grateful to this team!
Garrett★If you ask for a bag you are asked to pay 25 cents. Normally workers will do the correct thing and not charge for bags. That did not happen on my last visit. I had to pay 25 cents then bag my own food. If i pay 25 cents should atleast bag the food for me. Will not be returning, would not and have not been treated this way at subway, tim hortons, wendys. Very bad expirience all around.

When I first started going there, I noticed this nonchalant man take my order professionally, cook up the food, then serve it to me!!! Everyday, me and my girls come looking for him to check if he is working. We gave him the nickname “Ghost of the 240th street” because of the way he delivers every single day on shift!!

On the second time I was obtaining a replacement item, I was told by the manager through another staff that I don't get anymore "free" breakfast sandwiches (mind you, I am only going to the restaurant and getting my correct sandwich because I actually paid money to get another order for the day).
