Went there, the waiter was extremely rude you can't sit here you need to have guests with you for the second floor in a bad tone, so I moved to the first floor I tried to sit on a good place in the cafe he waited for me to sit and get comfortable only to say it again in a bad attitude and tone this is reserved, staff needs to have a smile on their face when servicing customers I went to another cafe instead of theirs, the best action would have been taking the customer to an empty table instead of waiting for him to sit while you're watching just to tell him everything's reserved.

A very nice place. Quiet, well- decorated, and atmospherically tranquil. The staff are fast responders, cooperative, and decent.The prices are good as opposed to competitors of the same caliber. Beside the quality of service, the place has an advantage that's becoming rare, nowadays, in Alexandria, which is having a plenty of parking spaces in the neighboring streets, especially the one behind the faculty of fine arts. Other than investing in a better soundtrack, there are almost no drawbacks

To many tables in one area. The staff activity near your will drive you insane (throwing the trash, maintaining the area while making lots of noise and personal space invasion for other customers) The staff is rude and will eyeball you all the time for no apparent reason
