We tried: Caesar salad 6/10 Greek salad 8/10 omelette 10/10 croque madame 10/10 cheese croissant 8/10 orange juice 10/10 the view is stunning and the location makes it perfect for anyone visiting Alex.

Rooftop is one of my favorite cafés in Alexandria. I usually come here once a week or every other week, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is best in the morning and early afternoon — calm, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. It does get crowded in the evenings and at night, but that’s understandable given how popular it is. The food and drinks are excellent — always fresh and high quality. The staff are very professional, friendly, and attentive. They really know how to take care of their guests. There is one staff member who isn’t as friendly, but I rarely see him, and it doesn’t affect my overall experience at all. Overall, Rooftop is a place I always recommend in Alexandria. Whether for breakfast, coffee, or just to enjoy the view in the afternoon, it’s definitely worth visiting.

Extremely disappointing experience. The food quality was among the worst I have experienced, and when I raised my concerns, the management, including Medhat, was disrespectful and handled the situation in an evasive and unprofessional manner. I will be staying away from this place in the future, and I do not recommend this place.
