I loved the interior of Eish + Malh. The mix of red tones, yellow sunflowers, wooden tables, and large windows opening onto the street is a striking combination. Here’s what we ordered: - Arancini 🍚: Needed more cooking. One ball was a little cold, like it did not have enough time to cook/defrost. It also needed more sauce, but we asked for extra and that helped. - Salad 🥗 (arugula, apples, and mushroom): It was okay, but the portion and presentation weren’t great. - Pasta 🍝: The waiter recommended the white sauce pasta with mushroom and chicken. It was actually really good, just needed a pinch of salt. Overall, it was a nice experience with a great setting, friendly staff, and solid food. I would go there again.

We tried this place two times and food was very tasty ,especially the sandwiches, and staff is really great and friendly however there was a dirt on the greens and eggs were overcooked for me because I ordered a soft eggs. When I show the greens they bring us a coffee for apologizing, a lot thanks to them for considering🥰 Also I would recommend green tea but they are making little bit stronger if you want to try you can ask them to add less tea leafs to make it more smooth and tastier. Overall if you are looking for a good and tasty breakfast you should definitely come here because we also went other places and this is my favorite.

The food was amazing, and the service was truly perfect. I highly recommend the sun-dried tomato eggs—they were delicious! This spot is great for a quick breakfast, as the kitchen is impressively efficient; despite being busy, the food doesn't take long at all to arrive. This rapid service is a major highlight. However, be prepared for a few drawbacks. While the quality is high, the spot is a little bit expensive, and it definitely has a touristy feel, with a constant flow of non-locals. My main piece of advice relates to comfort: be aware that it gets hot in the summer as there's no air conditioning inside, and only fans are found. This heat exacerbates the fly problem—there were a lot of them buzzing around, which was quite distracting and unpleasant while eating. Also, the chairs aren't that comfy for lingering. In short: come for the must-try sun-dried tomato eggs and the speedy service, but know that you'll pay a premium, share the space with tourists (and flies!), and won't be

We tried several dishes here and had a mostly positive impression. The gnocchi were very good and definitely the highlight of our meal. The freshly squeezed juices were good as well. Some dishes were less impressive — the chicken with vegetables and the bruschetta set didn’t quite meet our expectations. Since the restaurant positions itself as Italian, I think it’s probably best to stick to the Italian part of the menu, as that seems to be where they perform strongest. The place itself is lovely: large open window frames, beautiful architecture around, and the lively Cairo street atmosphere create a very warm and enjoyable vibe. Even with a few misses in the food, the overall experience was pleasant.

I'm a tourist from England and I tried this amazing Italian restaurant. I ordered the Penne al Pollo e Fungi, it was a creamy chicken and mushroom sauce with penne pasta. It was so so delicious! The flavours were perfect and I was really impressed by their chef. I recommend all tourists to try this place, it's cooks some of the best Italian dishes I've ever tasted. I will return again while I'm holidaying in Cairo.

Came in at 11:15am, food arrived at around 12. Two staff members. 3 other tables were occupied. I went up to ask for the menu, then later asked for his attention to take our order. Ordered the lemon curd pancake, shakshuka eggs, and matcha latte. They didn't have matcha. I walked up to the counter multiple times since they didn't seem to pay much attention to our table. Pros: location and atmosphere. The place is clean, well decorated with large windows. Cons: serving time and food delivery took about an hour. The eggs were undercooked, the pancakes were dry, and the toast was stale and hard as a rock. We asked to exchange it. He brought another 2 pieces that were rotten (green spots/mold was visible). He brought another piece of bread to make it up, but by then we were done with the experience. We left. I went up to the counter and asked to charge me only for the water. They charge 29 Egyptian pounds for a small bottle of water. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a sup

Tasty food, with decent prices and good ambience. Went when there was not much crowd and the service is good. There are several vegan options (we ordered the vegan risotto, vegan spaghetti with "meatballs" and tomato soup) in the menu, most of which are clearly labelled. Payment with card is allowed. Only downside is there is no aircon but luckily it was not too hot outside today
