I went for the set lunch and I have to say that it was probably the best meal I had in Bordeaux... and I had a few very good ones. The food was so fresh, beautifully cooked and imaginatively presented. Each course was a delight. It's a lovely spot and the staff were very friendly and helpful, explaining what was what. And for just 28 euros you'll struggle to find better value anywhere in the city.

if you’re looking for high quality, local cuisine at a fair price in Bordeaux look no further. this charming little restaurant offers a 4 or 6 course menu, plus a little greeting from the kitchen to start with, a cheese selection and sweets to send you off into the night. the full menu is a great option to savor all the flavors from the sea and the land. surprising taste combinations, without being pretentious or too artistic. the ingredients are all fresh and perfectly prepared, making this menu thoroughly enjoyable. we didn’t go for the wine pairing, but it looked very nice. and definitely
