When experiencing a "Star" restaurant one expects everything to be perfect. Unfortunately, everything was not. The dining room is small with one table located close to the kitchen. Nothing wrong with this, but Nathan spent more time talking to the customers in the front row than he did cooking for the other 9 guests in the restaurant. It took close to 4 hours to get our food, with most of the time waiting. My suggestion to Nathan is focus on getting everyone food, not talking and explaining every move to the guests seated in the front. The actual dishes were excellent, with the exception
