All-you-can-eat sushi, à la carte. A good option if you don't like huge, noisy, and crowded buffets. It's still quite busy, but the dining room is small, so the noise level isn't too bad. The decor is unremarkable. The service starts very slowly, with the first course arriving after 10 minutes. The second course takes almost 45 minutes… A shame, because everything is homemade. It's quite tasty. Thank you to the owner for the gesture of goodwill when we paid, apologizing for the wait. Also, allow plenty of time to find a parking spot. Long live Cauderan!

A delightful surprise at this unassuming restaurant. The food is excellent. The fish in the sushi and maki is fresh and flavorful, which is rare in France. At lunchtime, there's a set all-you-can-eat menu for €16.50. We'll gladly return. You can go there without hesitation. The waitress is incredibly attentive. The only slight criticism is the decor, but that's a very minor point.
