A true culinary experience. I’m not a foodie at all; I don’t much care about the visual of the meal as long as it takes good. But even I could appreciate each course at Sources. The staff are all so kind and helpful and explain every course (even though I only caught a few words since I don’t speak much French haha). I did the three course entree, plat, and dessert. My favorite was the entree; I had the fish. Highly recommend but make reservations! This place fills up fast.

My favorite spot from my time in Nantes. I sat at the bar and was able to talk with the bartender who spoke great English. The food was creative and delectable, complimented by delicious wines. If you have the chance (and you appreciate tea), order the floral infusion at the end of the meal to be perfectly satisfied.
