Absolutely incredible dinner at Mezza Rosa. We've been rotating through French, Italian, fast food, etc and wanted a tasty meal highlighting meat, with Mediterranean flavors, while still being healthy. I had the best Lebanese food of my life here. If you’re reading this review and wondering whether you should visit this restaurant, don’t even think twice, this was hands down some of the best food I’ve ever had! The owner is very warm, welcoming, and funny, and chatted with us while we ordered. He recommended a ton of options from the menu because we were having a hard time choosing. We were very thirsty and kept asking for more water, but the waitress was super nice about everything and helped us immediately. The food was incredible, notably the hummus, rice, and tabbouleh. They also have vegetarian options and dessert. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and the atmosphere was quite pleasant in the exterior terrace area. We had a lovely lunch at Mezze Rosa after spending the morning shopping around Jean Médecin street, and it was exactly the kind of relaxing and delicious break we needed. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We ordered the shawarma and the tavok dishes, and both were absolutely delicious. The meat was flavorful, tender and perfectly seasoned. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, with the rich lebanese spices making every bite enjoyable. The presentation was also very nice and appetizing. We would happily come back!
